You have 14 days from the day you receive an item to tell the seller if you would like to return it. Here's how:
1. When logged in to your account, go to My Account > Orders and select the relevant order. Click on 'Request a return'.
2. Choose if you'd like a replacement or a refund. Select the product, the quantity and the reason for the return. Hit the 'Send request' button.
3. When we receive your return request, we will get in touch with you. Please don't do anything until you have heard from us.
When you hear that your return is approved (not before please), you should package the item in the original packaging and be sure to get proof of postage. Items must be unused and in their original condition before being returned. Please note, we cannot reimburse the cost to return an item.
The seller's address can be found on the Return Slip. Go to My Account > Return Requests > select the return > Print Return Slip.
When the seller has received the return, either they will send you a replacement, or we will process a refund for you - whichever was agreed with the seller.
