Delivery & Returns

When you buy from us, you are supporting small independent businesses which have their own listings, delivery times and prices and Ts & Cs. You should read these on the seller's page and on the product page before purchasing any item.


Every order is sent to you directly by the seller. If you order products from more than one seller, they will arrive in separate deliveries - but all sellers are based in the UK and have promised not to use any plastic in their postage and packaging. Happy days!

Each seller specifies their own delivery options which can be seen at checkout.

If you have any questions about a delivery, you can contact the seller who will be happy to help.

All deliveries are UK only. Our sellers do not currently deliver overseas.


We are committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your purchases. You have 14 days from the day you receive an item to tell the seller if you would like to return it.

Some items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged. These include cosmetics, toiletries, earrings, menstrual products, cloth nappies and customised or personalised items.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose, the seller is obliged to repair, replace or refund it. You should let them know within 30 days so that they can rectify this and check your rights in our Terms of Use.

Each seller has their own terms published on their page and the product page. When you make a purchase, the contract is between you and the individual seller(s), so you must have read and understood the product details and the seller's policies.
