Delivery and Terms
Processing time: Items are made to order and normally have a processing time of 3-5 days. If required, it may be possible to make and post items sooner. Please message me and I will do my best to fulfil your request.
Estimated delivery times and prices: Delivery will usually take 1-2 days via 1st class Royal Mail and cost £1.75 for a standard large letter sized package and £3.50 for a small parcel within the UK.
Returns, refunds and other terms: If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will be happy to offer a full refund (including postage) upon receiving the item back from you, undamaged and in the original packaging.
About Rosa Lee Jewellery
I started Rosa Lee Jewellery in 2005 with a passion for beautiful, semi precious stones and sterling silver. After studying Earth and environmental science, and having a general love for nature and the environment, I realised I couldn't continue using materials that had been extracted from the Earth in such a harmful way.
In 2019, I created a range of jewellery using repurposed copper and recycled sterling silver. I loved the way the dull, scratched copper would transform into glowing shiny pieces, with a warm, tactile quality and felt that giving discarded materials a new lease of life was definitely the way forward, ethically and creatively.
Each item is handcrafted with love and care, by myself. No plastic is used in the making or packing of any of my products.
